SIMON: My little home in a tree is so perfectly suited to me. From my window I see all movement below and above me.
EYEBE: Home, home in a tree I sleep safe, sound and free. My youngin’s tucked tight we are safe for the night! . SIMON: My little home in a tree where no one can take it from me. I can hear my mate call and I know our youngin’s can’t fall.
EYEBE: Home, home in a tree where I am as warm as can be. When storms are raging outside, in my cozy little home I’ll hide.
BOTH: My little home in a tree where all rights have been granted to me. Granted the freedom to own, I hold title to my very own Michigan Home.

From A Bird’s Eye View they see a green mitten rising from awesome fresh water seas Innumerable rivers, lakes and trees, sand dunes, and plenty of hills topped with trees. Granted Title and Rights they see the light, they all want a place of their OWN. All want to be able to OWN their very OWN LITTLE MICHIGAN HOME!
The trees sway with the songs of the birds from far away their music is heard. Drifting softly then rising to a peak, harmonizing in symphonic beats. Their joy is heard in their songs for a home of their own they have longed. All want to be able to OWN their very OWN LITTLE MICHIGAN HOME!
Our hearts swell with the songs of the birds, their beautiful message is heard. We catch their joyous rhythmic beat and realize that our lives are so sweet. Our joy is heard in their song for a home of our own we also long. We all want to be able to OWN our very OWN LITTLE MICHIGAN HOME!
In cities and towns we fly all around, so many sights to see. Little homes to mansions, there is a home just for she and for he. A place to call home, a home that we own, a place for you and for me! We all want to be able to OWN our very OWN LITTLE MICHIGAN HOME!

JUST WHO IS SIMON WHO???? By Judy Swink
Arriving in Michigan, so swift and fast, Simon wanted to own a nest that would last. With powerful wings, silent and strong, for answers to nesting investing, he does long!
In helping others, he often plays a role, for compassion is rooted within his soul. A hunter he is, no doubts about that! For, he takes tormentors and lays them out flat!
Feathered in white, from head to claw, he challenges Michigan Real Estate Law! Lemon yellow eyes, twinkle with light, for he never lets his goals out of sight!
A wise and proud Simon, a specter so fine, only wishes to own a nest he calls “MINE”. Thousands of miles he has flown thus far, wanting more than, “Just A Wish On A Star”
A REALTOR had cleverly worked very hard, so Simon could achieve his very own yard. The REALTOR cheered for his rights, THE FREEDOM TO OWN! UNTIL HE ACHIEVED HIS VERY OWN MICHIGAN HOME!
With Simon’s very own home, in a tree on a knoll, bird chirp quickly spread and his story was told! Flocking to Simon, Robins, Bluebirds and even waterfowl, making him a real bird “REAL ESTATE MogOWL”
Birds chirped across phone lines, “NO SQUATTING AGAIN” Birds chirped in every tree, “GO LIVE IN MICHIGAN” YES, THEY CHIRPED, ”MICHIGAN’S THE PLACE IF YOU WANT TO OWN!” “FLY TO MICHIGAN WHERE YOU CAN OWN YOUR OWN HOME!”
